Dino Armiros focuses on mergers and acquisitions for thriving mid-market clients and in transactions with businesses in distressed circumstances. Drawing on 40 years of legal practice, including decades as an attorney representing constituents such as secured lenders, borrowers and financial advisors, in insolvency-related matters, Dino has a deep perspective on the issues that business clients face when they enter into an exit transaction. He guides them through the related legal issues in these deals, including advice on engaging intermediaries, packaging the company for sale, structuring the transaction and, if necessary, dealing with creditors.

Dino also draws on his experience, particularly in finance and strategy, to counsel clients who are poised for growth. By partnering with attorneys across the Firm in practice areas ranging from real estate, tax and commercial finance to environmental compliance and labor and employment, Dino helps business clients navigate legal challenges that affect their operations in these fields. He has been involved in a number of business sectors, counseling clients in finance, supply chain, professional services, and arts and media.

A proud member of Chicago's Greek American community, Dino celebrates his heritage through his involvement at the National Hellenic Museum. His involvement with this organization over the past 25 years includes serving as chair of its highly successful "Trial Series" which presents trials of controversies from antiquity in a modern setting argued by some of Chicago's top trial lawyers. The productions of “The Trial of Antigone” and "The Trial of Megacles" both were nominated for Midwestern Emmy awards after broadcast on public television. He is also involved with Lawyers for the Creative Arts, which provides free legal services to artists and arts organizations.
